Twenty years from now you will be more disappointed by the things that you didn’t do than by the ones you did do. So throw off the bowlines.
Sail away from the safe harbor.
Catch the tradewinds in your sails.

This is so true. I feel like I am behind in things that I have always wanted to do but have not had the funds.
i recently came across a quote that runs something like “establish a purpose, and the means will follow”… that is the solution that’s been working out so far for me when it comes to issues on funds. i secure a ticket first, and figure out the funds later. most of the time, the funds will just come. thus, right now i’m convinced that it’s not really the issue on money that’s keeping people from traveling. it’s WILL. or the lack of it. i recognize that money is needed when traveling but i believe one can work around the issue of money if the will to travel is really THAT great. otherwise, you let yourself be convinced that traveling really is impossible.
Finally, found you here! Lingaw kaayo ko basa sa imong mga travels, Vet. It was nice connecting with you once again during the Tunob reunion opening. Hope to see you more around town, if not, will read here your numerous exploits na lang. Keep it going!

Explore. Dream. Discover. That was the title of my old blog. That quote inspires me to be all that I can be….
hi..thanks for visiting. the quote’s empowering, isn’t it? it gives you this bit of excitement that there’s something out there, waiting…
Yeah, got here through Meream’s blog. =D Exactly how I feel about the quote. My other blog was actually a project blog — 101 goals in 1001 days. Talk about reaching out for things that are out there just for you!
Quite interesting. I have been looking for a travel companion. Please feel welcome to contact me. USA Guy.
hi mark! thanks for visiting. what are your travel plans? i’m afraid i’m not really a hard core traveler. as much as i’d love to travel frequently, reality is i can only hop islands on very rare occasions – money constraints and all.
good luck in finding a travel companion 🙂
