ha. got to the airport at 5:45 A.M. to those who don’t know me, early morning isn’t exactly my time of day. got a slight tolerable headache when i hopped on a taxi. what do i expect? i barely had sleep. subjected myself to two days of sleep deprivation in order to turn in the last two remaining sets that my boss expects of me. the night before, i had to hastily write love letters to chin and yam, as well as to team philippines, to give last minute instructions. left the office hungry at a little past eleven o’clock. oh yeah, forgot to grab dinner as i was bent on finishing my end of the deal before i leave. got home around twelve midnight. remembered that i didn’t have dinner, raided the kitchen only to realize that I still have not packed for my trip.

pardon me but my next few posts will all be reposts of my past travel accounts. see, one fateful day i had a moment and decided to delete my friendster account. during that moment, i didn’t think of my travel accounts as i was only bent on deleting the account so i wont have the urge to further blog about what i came to label then was my sorry existence. well, during my trip to manila last week – i realized i wanted to have access to my little history. i’ve to be fair to life and i know my life isn’t all ramblings about my beautiful uterus and heartaches… there are so many happy memories too. [although i've to admit that i'm writing again today to delude myself that i'm not feeling any pain from my pelvic area, hehehe]

anyway, as i said i could no longer access my friendster account but i did manage to find my blog posts [incidentally, i read a post sometime back that google or any pages where you upload pix don’t normally delete the pix immediately from their database. thus, though your account is already dead – if you are patient enough to search for them, you could actually do so. i did try the trick and LO…. i found my blog posts, only now i cant access them since my friendster account’s been canceled….

so bear with my little case of nostalgia…

vetlongwalks wanders on very rare occasions. much of my time is spent within my little crib in mactan or the malls when i find the urge to cross mactan’s old bridge. as i want to strictly make this blog about anything travel-related, i thought i’ll just make another blog that will house my thoughts about anything and everything. this function used to be taken cared by my friendster blog. unfortunately, during one fateful day i felt the itch to delete my friendster account. i scratched the itch, only to realize too late that i’ve a few entries there chronicling my mini vacations in the past. oh well…
